However,\u00a0mortality data\u00a0collected from the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) between 1975 and 2020 indicated that the best survival pattern is observed among patients with HR-positive\/HER2-negative breast cancer. This is followed by the HR-positive\/HER2-positive subtype, and then by the HR-negative\/HER2-positive subtype. The HR-negative\/HER2-negative subtype, also known as triple-negative breast cancer, generally has the\u00a0worst survival\u00a0pattern.
